Answers to both is - No!
At most they can get an extra 5 points(it used to be that...) on your letter of support.

Without questioning the correctness or otherwise of the reply, I just want to know whether you are expressing your opinion on the subject, or is it a coming from an expert in the field with necessary licences to practice immigration law?

If the latter - it would be better if you contacted the developer of the site and got yourself appointed as another expert in the field, and I am sure not only he, but most users of this site will gladly like to field more immigration related questions to you and seek your advice.

If the former - I think it contradicts your own comments in the topic ' be careful with your posts' started by you - where you say that members should not give personal opinions related to immigration.

I am indeed surprised and sorry to see this type of penmanship coming from someone like you! Did I, by any chance, in my thread that you quote, cause you any personal anguish? Your reaction certainly seems to encourage that impression. Or like some others, do you also derive a peculiar type of diabolical pleasure in pulling things out of context only to belittle someone.
Nevertheless, in reply to your question, all I can say is that someone does not have to necessarily be an acknowledeged and certified expert in a particular discipline to be aware of the correct information related to a tiny component within that field.
What I have stated is not an opinion, not an experience and not designed to influence anyone's thinking. It is not to meant to encourage or discourage anyone from doing something. In as far as I can see, while the possbility exists that it could be wrong, it is still nothing more than a piece of information. I therefore, do not see how it can be correlated it to my earlier post.
