ROLE:

This resource besides performing the task of a Technical Designer/ABAP Developer will also be responsible for managing 3-4 off-shore resources and will be expected to take some, if not all of the responsibility for the day to day activities that are assigned to those off-shore resources (i.e. tasks and milestones as well as quality of the work performed). Therefore, some management experience is highly desirable (more so if the experience is in managing off-shore resources)

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• SAP version 4.6c or later – ABAP (Advanced Business Application Programming)
• SAP - WM - Warehouse Management, 2-5 years of experience
• Performance Tuning, 2-5 years of experience
• IDOC, 2-5 years of experience
• SAP – BAPI, 2-5 years of experience
• SAP – Script, 2-5 years of experience
• 1 year experience with either Serial Number, Batch Management or Split Valuation.
• 1 year experience testing scenarios from end-to-end, i.e. assembly testing or integration testing.
• Recent (last 3 yrs) project experience using a development methodology, e.g. Method/1, AQA, CMM etc.

DESIRED SKILLS:

• 2 years + experience in SAP – SD module
• 1 + years in output determination procedures
• 1 year experience in SAP Finance (FI), Materials Management (MM) and Quality Management (QM) modules
• 2 years experience with ALE
• 1 year experience with a middleware eg: Crossworlds/WBI or similar product
• 2 years experience with form development using SMARTForms
• 1 year experience with screen development

QUALIFICATIONS:

• BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline
• 3+ yrs. of related experience as a technical/functional consultant
