I applied in feb, 2002 from buffallo, NY. Received my medical papers in jan, 2004 and went thrugh the medical exam. Now i receive a letter saying that they have received medical results for my spouse only. I contacted Medical center and they verfied that both medical papers were sent and gave me a fedex reciept. I guess my medical papers were lost in mail... Not sure......Now i am in a fix, i don't have another medical form to go through the medicals again and at the same time Consulate is waiting for my medical results. Any idea what can be done in this case or how to contact office. Please advise...

tell the embassy that you've done everything you could and provide proof of same. They'll have to send you new medicals. This is probably faster than chasing the 'lost' medicals.

I have reciepts from medical center which i will send to embassy and request them for new medical form.
