Dear Massod ji
My husband refugee case was filed on March 2003, on the bases of religion, his first hearing was in june 2003 and had his second hearing on 30th septmeber 2004, but he was told that they will sent his decision by mail, we dont know what will happen next, how much it usually take for the final decision, it was his last hearing date
Incase if his case will be accepted, then what about me , how much time it will take me to be there, i am confused, let me know plz
I have replied to you before. He has to include you in his application to become an immigrant after his refugee is accepted. It may take a year or so. .. depending on security clearance.
