Record of good conduct: Mr. Massood please help

Dear Mr. Massood:
I received my Medical papers from Buffalo. Along with they asked to submit the record of good conduct or PCC. But I have already submitted that three months back and have the tracking record of FedEx with me that it has been received. I have time until Jan 12 to resubmit it from India. Do I need to resubmit it or will it help If I send the photocopies and original covering letter and tracking record? Please advise urgently.

hi,

Can you please let me know the date of your acknowldgement letter and when exactly you received your medical papers from Buffalo?

As far as I know I think you might want to check out your tracking number and also try to take another PCC to be on the safer side. But I'm sure you might want to hear from Masood as well.

Fax a copy to the embassy with proof of delivery [Fedex]. May be they want updated one. Ask them to let you know whether they want new one despite the recently submitted PCC.

Thank you Mr. Massood for the reply. I have sent a copy of the PCC and tracking record to Buffalo and they have received it on Friday. I hope they reply to it. I received Med. papers on 25th October. I applied in Feb. 04.

Thankyou Mr. Massood, Heeding your suggestion I faxed letter to buffalo and I received reply that I need not to submit new PCC. I am also not asked to go for RCMP clearance. After they have received my medicals, how long do you think it will take for them to ask for passports? I need to get those from my family inIndia.

Time frame depends on several factors. Anywhere between 3-6 months. Really, there's no set standard these days.
