Since yesterday I am getting an "error" message when I try to check my status on-line. This message comes when I have input all the required particulars. Could you please advise what could be the reason?

Thank you very much for your kind reply. I checked again and the on-line system is now working. Nevertheless, could you please advise whether there is any other alternative to find out the latest status?
I had applied in Jan04 through London, and the status still shows "In process".
