Hey Guys....!!
Finally I solved this problem ....
But as one of you told , I got worst exchange rate that is 40 INR for 1 CAD .. It's really hard to find someone who is ready to take INR in Canada..
Anyways at least now I am free from the heavy weight of INR :D
Cheers....!!

I wonder moderators can find the location too with the IP address.....;)

So are you saying you converted Rs. 10 Lakhs into CAD at one go?
No one asked you any questions, made you fill out any forms?

Where did you get the conversion done, if you don't mind sharing?

Open a Swiss back account in Zurich and transfer the INR there and hold it in Euro.

Then take the Ferry to Monte Carlo and get the money wired to an offshore bank in the Grand Caymans.

Then take the flight to Caymans, convert the Euros to USD and fly back to Canada.

Convert the USD to CAD and you are all set !

Oh wait, you wanted a legitimate way.....lemme think now

No, it was my own very original idea.
If you wish to implement it, get in touch with me and I will give you more details :D

Sorry, it was somebody else who asked about converting Rs. 20 Lakhs, and not you.
I got you and another poster (Manasvi) confused.
