I know of many desi mahilayen who are managing everything here on their own, as their patis are out of this desh earning a livelihood. One of them being yours truly!!! It gets too overwhelming at times and also depressing. Would be nice to share views, information and concerns with individuals in similar situations.
I commend women who are in a similar situation and are doing a wonderful job bringing up the kids with all the good values and keeping them in touch with our mahaan culture. Comments and views will be greatly appreciated
