Hi,
Right now I am in Ontario,Canada on work permit.I want to apply for immigration.I have a few queries.If anyone can please help me out:

1)I have valid work permit for another 6 months.It may get extended.Should I apply for immigration while I am in Canada?
2)Which all forms I would require to fill If I want to apply under "skilled worker" category.I had seen their official website but a few things are not clear to me:
a) Where would I submit my application?
b)We need to fill some visa-office specific form as well.So which form should I go for?Because Toronto is not listed there.
c) Can someone please send me the softcopy of all the forms and the instructions, which all documents I need to attached with those?

3)I have downloaded an instruction guide for "New delhi", India which specifies the documents needs to be attached.Can I follow the same for submission of my application in Canada as well?

4) which all documents should be certified(i.e attested by a notary) and for which all documents I can just attach the photocopies(e.g. can I just attach the photocopies of pages of my passport? Or they too require attestation?)

5) I heard that there are some cummunity service volunteer, who can attest the certificates.Can any one please let me the contact info of them(in and around Toronto)?

6)Do I need to give any affidavit about my family members ?(my parents,brother,sister andd they're not dependent on me) or would it be from my father stating about the family?
7)Do I need to give another affidavit about the funds?And would that also be from my father or it would be from me?What all I need to specify in that.

If anyone can send me the scanned copy of those affidavits for the format to be allowed, that would be great.
