hi,
can u pl. tell me which forms should i use to include my wife's name in immigration file? I have filled in nov. 2003 and got married in may 04. Now i would like to include my wife so that we both can get visa together.

should i use all the forms of cic or a bunch of selected forms?

the forms state clearly who should fill what. If not sure, complete and submit all of them [similar to yours].
