Answer to this question helps me too. I am SAP FI/CO consultant working in Sharjah, UAE. I am also looking after HR. I have applied for immigration in Aug 2004. Got AOR in Oct 2004.

Hi,
SAP HR is in good demand both in US and Canada (Particularly if you have complete payrole implementation experience) and this is largely because not too many experienced HR consultants are avilable in market compared to other key functional modules(like MM/PP/FI/CO etc)
If you are a FI/CO consultant with HR implemenation experience that should help you to get a job quickly
