Hi guys,
I am also a new Canadian PR, currently, out of the country. I was wondering whether the canadian market has oppened its arms for .NET professionals, i mean, i have total of 9 years in Software Development, and in that 3+ years in Web Development. I wanted to know, how the .NET professionals are making a leaving in canada?

You mean living in Canada?
The IT in general sucks. Big time. Regardless of your experience or your Fortune 500 companies experience or work experience in US....Nobody cares.
You can get a job in IT only if you know somebody who's already well settled here or some friends who already working at the client.
Sorry if you feel I am replying in blunt. That's the true fact.
BTW, your subject should contain "?" at the end like this "Opportunities for .NET Professionals?", if not it implies as of you are telling the audience about the some job opportunities in .NET.
