masood ji has mistaken, i am not residing in canada, i am living in pakistan.As my husband is still in canada and being living in pakisatn i have not the exact idea of immigrtaion rules there thats why i asked these questions.
As his refugee case has been declined there thats why he was planning to go back to america from where he had actually come to canada, is the appeal against the descision really works

1) Massood is a Canadian immigration lawyer and you're asking about your husband's entry to the U.S. after his visa has expired. You should consult a U.S. immigration lawyer for that.

2) Another thing I'm curious about, does your husband not have access to internet or phone here in Canada? Why is he not able to contact Massood's office directly, I can see that Massood has raised this point in an earlier question you've asked.
