Depedning on the extent of the TB the xray will show scaring of the lungs.
As long as you are healthy now with no signs of TB you will be OK.
I do not hink this will affect you future plan of permanent resident status.

For your information, In Canada for TB they carry out bump test. If that comes +ve they send you for X Ray. Normaly teachers or profession related to children have to pass this test. Even if it is +ve(which is +ve for almost all Indian /Pakistanis because of TB virus exposure and our body having antibodies for TB) they advice for X ray. I dont know their reaction if TB is +ve in X Ray.

If + in x-ray also, then you need to get vaccinated and you become okay in a month or so but you will be monitored weekly.

That is because now there is a new version called drug resistant T.B very difficult to treat.
So they don’t want to take chance.
