sheppard and downsview are names of two subway stations and yes they are connected by a bus and to get from one station to another you are talking about 15 mins by bus.

I worked at the YSC for several months.
It is a great area to live in if you want to be close to attractions, entertainment, partying, gyms, etc.
Very close to subway (obviously) and GO bus stops.

Horrible place to drive and park, though.
Ever so often there used to be fender-benders at that intersection.
And trying to get on the 401 from there was an absolute nightmare during rush hrs.
