I had a similar question and posted it to the "jobs" section. One person replied and told me that there are different points for different job categories or job titles.
I thought it does not matter what the job title is as long as it is one of the jobs in demand. What I have understood from the information I have read is that year of work experience counts, not the title or category. Could you please help me on this issue?
Thanks
That is why you should always be careful of free advice from free public sites like this one. Always make sure the advice is coming from people who actually know what they are talking about and not just posting replies to get the highest number of posts or to be noticed.
The duties and the NOC should match or else a Visa Officer has the power to discard your experience. All eligible NOC work experience carry the same number of points depending on the number of years of work experience.

I think Massoodji did not get Q quite correct.
Person had a profession say A against which NOC is 1, duties A = NOC 1
then he took some other profession B for which NOC is 2, duties B = NOC 2
Now again he has got a good offer in profession C and not in A or B so NOC has changed to 3, duties C = NOC 3
His Q is that does this NOC changes effect his application points????
I believe people try to help each other by their own experiences and not get noticed or increase number of post. Person is usually face less here.

Respected friends
Thanks for replying and making the discussion regarding the topic.
Jago desi has explained my question very well , but I want to add one more query in this , that I have not given this new profession 's NOC in my application . I have given only the old profession's NOC in My application.
I also want to ask should our new job be related to my study in which I have done the specialization.Because my new job do not relates my Master Degree.
Thanks
