Respected Massood Ji,
Has Immigration Process gone slow overall? Even looking at the posts at this site
you hardly get to see any one who got the visa in recent days. What`s your reading about this.
Some people were of a view that as now all applications are submitted with IELETS
and more documentary evidences the process is going to be fast for new applicants.
What can we expect in future?
The current processing times shown on CIC New Delhi site have also increased
the minimum time taken for cases decided in 2004 has been increased to 36 months( for 30%) cases.
Is there any scope that the current processing times will come down?
Do you have any idea of No. pending applications at new delhi?
If they had so many people in que WHY DID THEY REDUCE THE PASS MARKS TO 67??
Sir, I hope you understand the dillema of the people waiting for their immigration.
We can not do much in india (due to the fact that we have to move out)
and we dont know when we would be in canada? Its like living life here and your mind is in canada. Your expert advices are our hopes.
thanks

Dear preet74:
It is very hard to forecast what will happen at CHC Delhi. I can understand your frustration. We always tell our clients [especially China & India] to 'APPLY & FORGET ABOUT IT'.
People should be happy that the passmark came down to 67. Believe me, there are some applicants who don't even make the 67 because of their poor IELTS score.
There's much talk & pressure [by Canadian Immigration lawyers] for the issue processing time to be addressed. There's no definite light at the end of the tunnel.
Sorry I couldn't be any more specific/helpful.
