COSTI - a job search workshop. They help you in tailoring your resume, locate related industries to you, provide reference in Canadian market force
JVS - Subsidised wage program - it offers employer cash incentives upto $6500 on your salary to provide employment to new comers.
These 2 places operate with different methodology
For JVS there are preconditions to be satisfied like duration of unemployment, elligible for EI, already attended jobsearch workshops and job ready where as COSTI requirement is - new immigrant, professional, knowledge of english language and work ready
