Hello -
Can a person on PR working in US sponsor his parents for a visit visa to Canada? The parents will stay with his aunt and uncle. The person will be visiting them everyweekend. OR is it better for the aunt (canadian citizen, mother's sister) to sponsor?
Please share your suggestions.
Thanks.
Please anybody share suggestions in this matter. I appreciate your help.
You cannot really "sponsor" anyone for a visit visa - you can only send supporting information.
They have to apply on their own and will have to qualify on their basis, taking into account the supporting information you send.
Therefore, if they are going to be primarily staying with your uncle, they should provide supporting information and not you.
