Hi
I would be greatful,if some one could help me out with infomation,
My husband is a citizen, but he cannot sponsor me as his parents breached the contract, now as a fee he has to pay about 100,000 CAD, so i appiled as skilled PR indepedent category, my question after applying can i come on visit or student visa and also will canadian high commission accept my PR.
In caase i apply for Visitor visa, shud my husband give invitation letter or some one else.

Yes you can apply for visit/student visa.

Once you arrive to canada , you can stay in canada while your PR application is in process regardless your status. (look at the this link)
