Faisal is right.
Anyone planning to come to Canada with 22 yrs of exp need to think hundred times. Even if Mr. Ali wants to move to Canada, I suggest that u take some time off (dont resign your job) and come to Canada to see if u can get a job that pays well to maintain a family that can lead a decent life. Manufacturing sector is not something great in Canada.
With 22 yrs of exp. and Rs. 60k per month? Think it over. Browse this site to get some more info. Please dont rush to make a decision to relocate.

I want to try my luck. I am not coming to canada by disposing of any thing here in India. Even my employer would take me back, if I couldn't succeed.

I see some conflict in your explanation. You said earlier that you are in the private sector, and you are concerned about job security. Now you are saying that your employer could take you back any time if you want to re-join.
Then, why are you concerned about job security?

I have not shown the concern about the job security. Only I wanted to know the initial earning for settlement.Based on you advice and the feed back from this site ,I had already spoken to my employer and I want to try my luck for one year.If I succeed that side than I shall be there and If not ,than back to old position.I hope this is your advice .

Am working in India and waiting for my visa as a PR to Toronto.I have 3 children in the age group of 14 & 15 years. Here I am earning 60K per month. With my 22 years of Manufacturing Industrial experience here in India ,shall I get the same monthly earning.
Hazrat Ali Sahib,
You can easily make 60 K Rs / month in Canada.
However living off 60k Rs / month in Canada with three kids is a different issue.
I think you should reconsider your decision of moving to Canada.
Communication skills are considered more important than 22 years of real work experience in Canada.
Which type of communication skills are important? Please advice.
