Just wondering if someone could tell me where I will be able to get southasian channels / satellite dish dealers (not rogers)

Your location on your profile is still blank. Sometimes it becomes difficult to answer someone's query because of that.

You will be able to find address/phone number of dealers of satellite dish from
1. Flea markets.
2. Desi newspapers and desi business directories found in desi grocery stores.

As off yesterday (March 17th), all South Asian Channels on DishNet are blacked out. Seems like there is no fix for the time-being.

Just a word of caution to people, for the time-being if someone say's they have a fix, don't trust unless proven otherwise.
