I have heard of lot of times about this issue of canadian experience and of course i have also faced the similar kind of situation.
Now, why can we all qualified say them that if they want canadian exp. then they should not contact us as we are landed immigrants with no canadian exp.
Now onwards I am going to ask them first that 'IF U WANT CANADIAN EXP. PERSONNEL THEN PLS. LET US NOT GO FURTHER IN THIS INTERVEIW AS IT MAY NOT HELP U AND ME"

Not a bad idea in my opinion - but if you want to do that, why wait for an interview call and then tell them? Instead why not start your resume with :
An experienced and successful .............(whatever) professional, WITH NO CANADIAN EXPERIENCE but confident of delivering and learning fast, seeking a career in.............
That might even go as a plus point - the reader MIGHT be tempted to read the whole resume and get a feel that yes, this guy knows his short-term shortcoming but is confident.

The Ontario Human Rights Commission (OHRC) on Monday launched a new policy directive denouncing the requirement for so-called “Canadian experience” as discriminatory.
“Some employers are using the Canadian experience requirement as a proxy for discrimination, which they know is illegal. But even when hidden, discrimination in employment is still against the law,” OHRC Chief Commissioner Barbara Hall told a news conference.
“The policy we are launching can help remove these barriers and give employers and regulatory bodies the tools they need to respect human rights. The starting point . . . is a simple one: insisting on Canadian experience is discrimination under the Human Rights Code.”

If this happens, then it is great news for new immigrants who do not have Canadian experience.
If they NEED people urgently & CANNOT get anyone with CDN experience, they will hire , they have NO choice.
They are SMART business people that way.
