Hello Experts,
I am on the study permit and want to put my immigration file Canada. For that I have 2 options as below:
1) Submit the immigration file before end of this month, though have 66 points (and will claim 16 points for English without ielts exam) and then go back home to get married next month.
2) Secondly, go back home in next month to get married and can come back in May or June and then submit the immigration file. During that time at least I guess I’ll qualify due to additional points of my spouse education.
If I go for option 1 what can happen is at least my file can start getting process and later add my spouse name and claim more points.
Or go with option 2, but submission of my immigration file will be delayed by appx. 2 months compared with option 1.
Whatever I do, I have my valid study permit for next less then year and a half period. This is the duration I have in my hand right now. What should I do, what you all suggest?
Any suggestions will be appreciated. Thanks for your time.
I would go with option #2. There will be no uncertainty. You would have all the points at the same time. I strongly advise you take IELTS and send with your app.
