Please go to any desi grocery store. Most of them carry desi newspapers like Voice and directories like East West. They carry plenty of advertisements of people who deal in dish network. The other option is to visit flea market in which you might find a stall of people dealing in dish network.

Are you talking about the brand name "DISH Network"? They are based in US and if look up their website they do not provide service in Canada but they are working with ExpressVu.
