Immigration based on arranged employment

I would Like to Know how long does it take to get the complete process done including Landing in Canada if;

1. The immigration application was filed from within Canada on "Arranged employment " basis

2. and if filed from India on the same ground, that is with Arranged employment"

This is IT professionals.

Are there any special things to be taken care? This is IT professionals.

I understand that the process is very quick from any posts including india if you have an arranged job which has been approved by Human Resources Development Canada.

i have a friend in canada and had applied in buffalo with a arranged employement and got his process done in 1 yr 7 months (total).
