Hi Guys, When one enters US on a TN visa for 1 year and later on try to extend it by another year with a different employer do we need to produce complete pay stubs of prior year.
Earlier when I worked in US for 4 years , being on pay roll for an entire year was mandatory to have legal H1B status. If one is out of employers payroll then his stay in US is illegal. Is it true even with TN visa.

But you are not extending the previous TN , what you get with the new employer is a NEW TN
