Please tell me whether I should apply as early as possible ( since the point is 67)or should I wait for my marriage and my Spouse PhD completion to apply for the immigration? Sir is official transcripts required or a notarised transcript will serve the purpose? Sir please tell me whether a letter from my previus professor ( in India) that I had worked as a PhD research Scholar would serve the purpose of experience?I am eagerly waiting for your reply. Should I apply in Buffallo or in New Delhi?
