I will say if you have kids, then bring all their immunization records as it would be needed in school or otherwise they would have to undergo the immunization again at some point of tine.

According to my understanding, you can bring everything (for personal use, not the probitied items like explosive material etc.) duty free when you are landing for the first time as an immigrant.
the 200 cigrate limit is only after getting land here in canada and then if you go out and come back to the country then you have this limit.
The Canadian Marlboro is not available on most of the stores, you will only get it from the Airport Duty Free shop ( thats the only one I found). And this is not the real Marlboro. its completely different taste.
