Dear Readers,
So everyone here just feel sorry. Not a single post mentioning as to what differnt should have been done or have happened. Blaming Media - would not help, would not stop future riots. Blaming politicians - would not help, would not stop future riots. Its easy to comment when you sit in Canada - unaware of what goes on in the riot areas.
Bottom line is - Muslim and Hindus wont get along. There is too much of haterated on both sides.
Muslim account for 12% of Indian population. Everyone yells, most of the Muslims are illiterate. Well even if they get educated its hard to find a job for a muslim back in India ( I am the best example so we dont have to go far). Its not racism but simple logic - If there is one vacant post and there are 10 applications - 1 muslim and 9 non-muslim, the employer has a choice to pick from rest 9 - even if the muslim is better qualified. Its called helping the fellow men ( like most gujus do here, help other gujus over other indians specially if they are from south).
So what is the soultion. Well there should be party like Shiv Sena - minus corruption. They should work on starategy to eliminate all Muslims from India. They do not belong in India.
Muslims in India will never get a chance or opprotunity to advace so it is in their best interst to not live in that country. As far as Hindus are concerned at least they will not have riots (hindu - muslim riots). One problem solved. They would still be left with the problem of cast based system - which is the root of Indian society.
Muslim should immigrate to other countries as much as they can. Rest should be killed like jews were. Sadly but the only soultion.

hi there is nothing like that wat you talkin???now a days compnies in india not thinkin about caste and all...i dont know about wats wrong but by the time lots hindus comin here from india as compare to muslim it dosent mean that...
riot was the bad dream we can say..the utlimate solution for this is kashmir ....

Dear Friend, India conducts survey every 10 years. All the municipal and govt. school primary teachers and few other govt. departments are employed - they go door to door and fill out forms listing all the members in the family. This includes Muslims too. There are special ppl recruited to go to the slum areas and list all the ppl living in the household. They are trained to obtain the information. How do I know this - My mom was a primary teacher and she was part of the last survey conducted in 2000.
As per this recent survey the Muslim population hasn’t changed, even percentage wise. So the population is increasing double fold isn’t a true statement. You guys feel the presence of Muslims stronger then before - maybe cuz now they speak out; more of them go to school as compared to old times.
But for the sake of argument the statement - Muslim population has increased double fold is true - How would that be good or better for India. Okay so the solution would be Muslim should control the growth of their population. Assume they do. THEN WHAT. Still nothing is solved. After college when you step out in the real world to earn a living things would still be the same as they are Right Now.
Bottom line - MUSLIMS DO NOT BELONG IN INDIA. It’s not good - neither for Muslim nor for India.

Gujarat Riots were good. They should have been better planned. India should take heat once and for all, not in installments like Gujarat riots. Some party or may be military should plan strategic elimination of all Muslim from India.
HOPE is just an illusion - Helps religious person to shy/ walk away from Facts.
This is not a good forum to discuss hindu-muslim stuff. We are here to discuss immigration and settlement in Canada.

There are more than 180 million Muslims in India staying there for last 700 or so years. Are you still considering them as outsiders? If they don't belong to India then where do they belong to?
You have given good logic about muslims not getting job. You might have faced that somewhere - but it may not be necessarily true everywhever. I am from Gujarat and in my engineering college there were sizable professors Muslims.
It is easy to complain, but hard to achieve things. There are Khojas, Voars, Ismailies doing excellent things for India. Parsis are such a small community (may be only 250,000) though they are leader. If there is racism how can such communities do excellent job for themselves and for India?

Whatever Ijaz is quoting here, does not make any sense. If muslims living in India do not belong to India, then he should be talking to the muslims who went to Pakistan after independence. These people desperately want to come back to India. The kids hate their parents for quitting India...............this can go on and on...........Rashmibhai. please end this thread here. We are here to discuss something else more fruitful.
