Do we have any member who could guide me on Psychometric / Caliper / Performance Assessment test.

I went to three different interviews and this has become very common either they call it Pyschometric/ Caliper / Performance Assessment interview.

They want to do it using paper-pencil, talk about it or the interviewer asks you to go to a link and take an online survey.

There are different caliper tests for different positions as Sales, Marketing, Technical, Customer Support etc.

I am looking for help on the above subject.
