Hello all =) Just had a few questions that I have not been able to find any answers on, and hoping maybe someone that visits this board may have some answers. My husband is a Canadian citizen and I am an US citizen and we were married in Feb 2005. We have sent in my application package to Miss, we were wondering if the estimated time is for him to recieve approval/denial notice or is that just to get to our file? We were also wondering if there are any others who have sponsered a US spouse who may have a time line to share. We checked out the Buffalo website and it states that it can take 8 - 18 months to to process an outside of Canada application, and we were just wondering if there is anyone who has used the Buffalo office and what their time frame was. It was also brought to attention that we could use a vistors visa, but not to sure of how that works, has anyone used one ? We just want to do things the correct way, but not alot of posts regarding these issues. If there is anyone with US/Canada experiences, any information would be much appreciated.
