Can i Apply before 1 yr in canada?????

Hi Guys!!!!

My friend just arrive in canada with CDI College....as per the rules he do have points 67 and wants to apply for PR for canada from Buffallo......As i know about CIC, Now onwards student can apply to Buffalo for Immigrations as soon as he come to Canada and studying..

If any one knows about anything pls guide???

Hay ya one good news from my side......i got my Passport requirements.....time line is as follow :

Applied : Jan -2004
AOR : Jan 2004
medicals with documents requirements : August 2004
PCC required : Feb- mar 2005
Passport requirement : June 2005

Yes he can apply..

i know guys who had applied before they completed their one year in Canada and have got medicals..Theya re waiting for PR

yes he can apply, if he has been allowed to stay for more than a year in Canada.
