Any one get the news ?

My brother has applied in March 2001 and file has been in process from June 2001. Almost 4 years no news. What to do ?

He has not give any Test in English. As per news those who applied before 2002 will be treated as old rule. Does he require ILtest or not ?

Please discuss.....

hai,
myself applied in april, 2001. i have given IELTS subsequently as advised by my consultant even in old rules. got medicals during last month. sent passports as requested. this is my time line and i think it could help your brother.

HI. I have applied in sept 2001. I have'nt receive any info from CHC dehi. they ask me to send IELTS in dec2003 and in dec2004 they ask me again to give detail of IELTS and new forms. i have applied them in march 2005 but still waiting for their reply. tell me wht to do? and whts going on in CHC delhi?
