Dear friends,

The objective behind this posting, is to seek your opinion, suggestions and information on a venture we (as a couple) have started.

My wife and I are professionals in our fields, and are earning enough to keep our heads above water ( I heard this phrase somewhere, and am using this for the first time !). Like some of my fellow canadiandesis will agree, enough is never enough in Canada, especially because of the high income tax we pay.

As a couple, we excel at South Indian vegetarian food. Hence we tried home catering in a small manner a few years back. Though we were quite successful, domestic reasons (read \"our only daughter, 7 years old, and the need for attention) did not let us get far.

Now that things have changed, we want to promote our business.

Would you have advice as to what we should do in this regard?. I have some ideas, but I would like to hear a plethora of ideas - ideas that I believe will be unbiased and professional.

Good that you have started this thread.I and my wife are also interested in the same project ,but as my daughter is only 2 yrs old we are unable to go ahead.Could u throw some light on these topic how u started this home catering in a small manner?
