Dear Mishra ji,
Other things are routine - some time and some money gets it all.
Real thing they test is the patience. You will also need a lot of that once you land.
Some things are really peculiar, to list a few:
1. Canadian Experience
2. Canadian Qualifications
3. Canadian Credit History
Despite working for ages in US!

Please let us know how you sorted the sealed transcripts issue.
Or did you say, like they in US,"I don't do no transcripts"
