If you are in Canada, get Canadian citizenship and run for elections.
You will win with huge margins.

Is maamle mein apun tere saath hai. Agar Selladurai ne case hara to kya hogaya. Dusre logon ko hak hai sue karne ke liye aur karna chahiye. Kaafi agar suit present hoge court mein, to shahad ek na ek case aisa judge ke hath mein aayega, jo immigrants ke side se dekh payega aur immigrants ke favour me ruling karenga. Immigrants ko ekdum himmat ne haarna chahiye.
Class action suit acha idea hai, kyun that represents bahut log aur khali ek individual nahin. Aur ekdum koi influential aadmi ko apna side pe lena chaiye, besides excellent lawyers.
Suna hai ke Chinese log ne ek badaa class action suit kiya hai Vancouver mein aur ek shaukar HK businessman fund kar raha hai suit ko.
Dusra bhi class action suit suna hai court mein hai jahaan lawyers free mein kaam kar rahen hain. Khali agar case jita unhone to compensation ka kuch percentage lehnge.
Ekdum aap nek kaam kar rahen hai. Please keep it up!
Mere building mein, jahan me kaam kar rahan hoon, wahaan bhi bahut sare engineers, CAs vagara vagara toilet saaf kar rahe hain yaan security guards hain yaan cafeteria mein cashier yaan cooks hain.
Lakin in all fairness, hamare company mein bhi bahut Indian professionals hai, lakin why not sabko apna field yaan related field mein kaam nahin milna chahiye?

Hum ne apna present cushy job milne ke liye shahid 300 resumes beje hoge aur 30 ya zaada interview mein gaya hoga. Aur interim mein Radio Shack mein kaam kar raha tha. Lakin kya apun ne himmat kabhi hara kya? Kya pahele interview ke baad jab naukri nahin mili, to kya uska sabak kya tha? Ke main aur try karunga though vain mein hoga? Kya main apna tail in between legs daalke cry baby jaisa rona lagaa? Ya give-up kiya? Ghantaa, boss. Ultaa aur koshish ki aur finally apun ko apna line mein naukri mili aur usi company mein adhahi saal mein apun ko do promotion milein hai.
Aur boss, Selladurai ka individual suit tha, class action suit nahin. Dono mein farak hai.

This collective lawsuit will be based on different arguments. This one was about recognition of credentials. Lawyers know very well the precedents and know how to deal with laws. This class actions may have another story. People can set their own actions. Different groups can make other class actions if they prefer to set up their own.
I do think that Canada does ask from over world to come :
They take advantage of the international image and they protect it very well, they claim is a G8-type country, they say it was the country with the best level of life on the world in 1999, 2000 (it was a lie), they make continuos advertising in the net, they said we are protected against discrimination by the constitution in the immigration website (it's a lie), they say they need immigrants because there is a "shortage of professionals" and babyboomers retirement issue, they make international events and hypes about the country, they make credential evaluation when people apply for visa to make them think they will get a job (which is worthless when they land in Canada), they HIDE the reality about lack of jobs and economic weakness compared with other countries, they hide the fact of no recognition of credentials, they hide the discriminative "Canadian experience" requirement, etc
Why ? because immigration is a business and boost the economy and pay salaries of a the bureaucracy involved. It's only advantageous to the mainstream, who finally are who take the good jobs and get the benefits using immigrant's money and cheap labor in the companies they manage and pay their nice salaries.
Canada is good only for people who are starving or have serious problems in other countries... I encourage them to come to Canada.
