Dear Masood Bhai !!!!!
I have some questions as below:
1. I have written on PR application my destination as Toronto, Ontario and also my HRDC confirmed job offer is from Ontario. I wish to settle in Toronto, Ontario. But I wish to first land to Montreal, Quebec. Can I first land in Montreal, Quebec ? Is it possible ?
2. What is the current processing time at New Delhi if one(fresh applicant) wish to apply for Canada immigration along with HRDC certified job offer ?
3. Can one apply through the country other than country of residence ?
4. Is it necessary to clear IELTS if one is already claiming 70 points(pass mark is 67) excluding the points of language ?
Thanks....
- NO. IF YOU WANT TO LAND IN QUEBEC, THE PROCESS IS DIFFERENT.
2. What is the current processing time at New Delhi if one(fresh applicant) wish to apply for Canada immigration along with HRDC certified job offer ?
- HARD TO ESTIMATE GIVEN NEW DEVELOPMENTS. EASILY 2 YRS FOR SKILLED WORKER CATEGORY.
3. Can one apply through the country other than country of residence ?
- YES, IF YOU ARE IN THAT COUNTRY LEGALLY [VISA VALID FOR AT LEAST ONE YEAR WHEN YOU ENTERED THAT COUNTRY]. E.G; IF YOU ARE ON WORK PERMIT OR STUDENT VISA IN UK, YOU CAN SEND APPLICATION TO LONDON. NOTE: VISIT VISA DOES NOT QUALIFY YOU FOR THIS.
4. Is it necessary to clear IELTS if one is already claiming 70 points(pass mark is 67) excluding the points of language ?
- NO. YOU CAN GIVE YOURSELF WHATEVER SCORE YOU WANT FOR LANGUAGE. EVEN IF OFFICER AWARDS YOU ZERO, YOU'LL GET 70. BEWARE: GETTING AT LEAST 67 DOES NOT AUTOMATICALLY MEAN YOU'LL GET VISA. A VISA OFFICER MAY MAKE A DETERMINATION THAT YOU WILL NOT SUCCESSFULLY ESTABLISH YOURSELF IN CANADA. OF COURSE, IF THIS WERE TO HAPPEN, YOUR LAWYER WILL HAVE A FIELD DAY IN FEDERAL COURT!

3. If I staying and working in INdia, Can I apply through Hongkong visa post ?
1) NO. Province of Quebec has exclusive right to select immigrants.
2) You must apply in your country of residence or the country of nationality. YES, if you are a Hong Kong or Macao national.
