1.) Can I apply for her Visa again (once present Visa has expired).

yes, u can sponsor her and it may take another year or as less as 6 months.

2.) Will I face any difficulty in getting her Visa again

depends on visa office, he may question y ur wife couldn't make it last time visa was issued.

3.) What will be the finanacial implications - Will I have to pay the landing fee and application fee again ?

u will get her landing fees, but will lose another year. and time is more important then money.

He was busy... Others have already given good advice [some not very accurate, but i can't keep correcting people here].

1. Try to land before expiry of visa.
2. If not possible, try to plead with Visa Office. Need very very good reason(s).
3. If it doesn't work, you land first [assuming u are the ,ain applicant] & then sponsor your wife. You'll have to pay processing fees again. She'll have to do medicals again. The ROPRF won't be applied from one application to another. You will have to repay [while waiting for the refund to come]. Spouse sponsorship [if genuine spouse] takes a few weeks [10 at most] if straightforward. I think yours is straight forward.

4. I still can't see why she can't fly albeit for a few hours only.

5. What baffles me is that people only want free advice. If this is so important to you, please spend some money [it doesn't cst much] and get proper legal advice [instead always relying on free forum].

Anyway, Good luck

Dear Masoodji,

Thanks a lot for your advice and I will remeber your suggestion.

After getting your valuable advice, I have decided to take her along with me itself and if required she ma travel back after some time.

Thanks a lot
