Has anybody taken CSC course. I am trying to find out some free online material for preparations. Just getting overwhelmed about this exam.

Don't know if this will help, but google has a fantastic tool for scholars.

You can find a lot of academic articles from this tool. Just type in the keywords/topic you are looking for... click search.... and a list articles will appear.

You don't need to have access to academic journals!!!
