one of my friend has a co op work permit and he also get a co op job in a finanace company but after getting work permit company is not ready to give him job so what should he has to do? Can anybody explain?

I guess it's a co-op work permit, so your friend can find another job related to his/her studies and can work.

Still my suggestion is to call immigration dept and find it out. If I were you, I would do that.
