if i read rightly your brother/sister has secured admission already..

Get an admission first and also Take the IELTS exam if not taken yet.
Keep bank balance high at least for last 6 months before applying, sudden increasement in the bank balance will increase chances of rejection of your visa.
Which contry is he applying from ?

Applying From India , Cleared IELTS , Got Admission Letter.

Balance of 15 lacs additional 2 lacs transferred into the accaount over the last month.......Do I need to mentio the same in an efidavit or should I get it reversed , what of the SOP , what other documents required to be shown from india (Tution fee is CAD $ 10000 for the entire program).......does he need to have property inhis name as he is 5 years of work ex, any other documents to further make the case strong
