I saw the shippers advt in desi newspaper. Friday is the day when you get all the news papers from desi grocery stores and g through them. They advt regularly.

Negotiate & have it delivered.

Palletizing and shrink wraps extra. Contact any movers. Can get good used pallets also. Ask them for the cost of each pallet.

You DECLARE and PREPARE list of "Personal Effects list", yourself, FOUR COPIES.
DECLARE personal effects in India UPON FIRST ARRIVAL @ AIR PORT. Get list stamped by immigration and customs there in the Air Port.
CONTACT shipping agent, the counter part, in MUMBAI, for name of Vessel and ETA and DOCK.

You can avoid $350.00 can if you can get a local company to palletize and deliver to Freight Forwarders. That cost is yours.

These are the cheapest that I can find or get for you today. You can use the consolidators or any one you find suitable. (FULL CONTAINER LOAD) You can share the same with some one else, if they would like to join you and share the costs. ( small savings)
