So what is religious here? To wear a turban? or to cover your head with something?
It looks like a small tuban like Harbhajan is an option they can go for.

well the religion says we need to cover our hair, thats it. there are so many options if you really want to enjoy biking. i use small turban (like Harbhajan use) and on top of it another small turban (looks like cap) and i'm all set to have helmet over it.
