JOB-HUNTING BECOMES EASY AT CFTPT
By:

Coming to Canada, I had a very different ideas about job search. Only at CFTPT I learned how to communicate with others, how to write a professional resume and cover letters, how to prepare and use Somas and how to find labour market information. I was highly impressed by high level of CFTPT program and commitment of the staff to make us very confident, enthusiastic and motivated in our job search.

They provided us with all necessary tools to be efficient in our endeavours and act professionally on Canadian labour market. Their expertise and team working is for us an outstanding example in a working environment that fosters for excellence.

Moreover I have got a strong feeling of "belonging" to a place where I know that I can find anytime a professional advise and attitude.

Centre for Foreign Trained Professionals and Tradespeople (CFTPT) provides a FREE and unique program that assists internationally trained professionals and tradespeople to find work related to their skills or professional background and helps employers to find highly skilled and motivated professionals.

The Centre offers a unique program that assists foreign trained professionals and tradespeople in finding work related to their skills or professional background. Participants are given the opportunity to establish work search strategies, while receiving ongoing support. This intensive, hands-on, five-week program uses structured activities and a group support system for a customized work search.

I will personally recommend all the immigrants to attend this course to know more about the Canadian labour market demands and update themselves with all the required skills. In case you want to know more about this contact the CFTPT office at 1620 Albion Road, Second Floor, Toronto, ON M9V 4B4, Telephone: (416) 745-0281, Fax: (416) 745-5718,

I do agree with what Ruchi says, but i would like to suggest that CFTPT should provide their services in evening time also, so that it can be benifited by larger section of immigrants.

It is true that the staff at HRDC- Albion is very polite, co -operative..etc. but some of the things we learn from their are far from reality.

I WOULD ALSO LIKE RUCHI TO COMMENT ON MY VIEWS

While going through job search articles I found this CITPT program informatio posted by Ruchi.
So I called the centres immediately with more quieries, but I realized that this program has ended And both the centres CITP Etobicoke and Toronto have same answer.
So anyone knows similar program pls let others be benefited.
