I sent you a PM asking for the details but the message has not been picked up so far. Can you please reply at your convenience.

I would also request you to post the details in this thread itself, if possible so that all members who would be interested in attending the Sammelan would contact you directly instead of each and every one sending PM and waiting for details which takes time.

Can you advice who are the performers?

If its a commercial program it should be advertised in the classifieds. I assumed you are arranging some kind of community activity.
