HI,

We will be applying for the OCI Card for our family next week.
Just wanted to know good places or rather say affordable places to take OCI pictures.

Anyone who has recent experience with regard to pictures for OCI, please reply.

Thanks.

You location says Brampton, so I will suggest the Photo Center located at the entrance of Zellers in the Bramalea City Center. They are aware of the requirements for OCI. However, make sure that the pictures are finished in "glossy" and not "matte" as the Indian consulate does not accept the matte finish as their scanners are not able to scan it. (don't laugh, this is serious stuff :D. )

There is not much of a deviation in prices and they are pretty standard.

Thanks for the info. I use to live in Brampton, but now live in Etobicoke. Could you suggest some place in Etobicoke? I even have to take a picture of my kid whoc has to sit still and not smile so need a patient photographer who can do this.

Have you looked into the possibility to take the pictures at home and print it. That's what I did and it worked fine.

If you want a sheet of photographic paper, I can give you one. Alternatively, I think even Dollarama carries it.

Take a pic , use software to make multiple copies on one sheet

Walmart prints for 5 cents per sheet which means around 6 passport size photo..

Did that for renewing my indian passport.
