TK, not everyone in Bharat has a job like you and a foreign experience.
****************
Looks like some people are not aware of the India of 2012.
8 people in my team resigned this month out of 16 people. Some without other job offer.
Jobs are here like crazy. There was a director who told the management directly that he was looking for another job and then got it and resigned . (He was let to do job search during office hours).
Locals are not able to get servants for house work. Govt. has introduced a scheme where every person will be employed for atleast 100 days a year (commission to politicans is 20 days wages and that is another issue).
Anyways, many thanks to you Canadians. As long as you slog in Canada and not even think of coming to India, India will be safe.
Peace

It would be interesting to see a chart of INR depreciation since the departure of TK and corresponding appreciation in Canadian dollor during that time .
What say Ashedfc?
And, it would be great if we have some sort of 'Desi slogging rate' chart for Indo-Canadians.

TK, is it any possibility that above people left the jobs b'cos you complaint against them about internet surfing on office hours, job hunting, etc..
just kidding....do not take personally......
The 8 people will never be CD's.
I told them about our great Canada and they say that the country is racist, does not offer job oppertunities, it is cold etc...
They are content to be in India itself as the job oppertunities are great here.
Just for your information.
Peace
