He fought all odds including Rahul, Maya, BJP his own party members to get where he wanted.
This election clearly signals the end of road for the national parties like Congress or BJP.
RSS has mentioned today that they are not sure that BJP can come to power in 2014.
The end of the Gandhi families clout on the vote bank has been signalled this election.
The future will be a bunch of regional parties forming a coalition to rule India.
This election in UP also has clearly indicated the consolidation of Muslim vote bank
with SP while this has also shown the division of upper caste Hindu vote among party lines.
India is about 2 elections away to see the effects of the consolidation of the Dalit power.

Seen that before .... last time "third front" replaced congress ..... India came close to bankrupcy ... Chandrashekhar had to sell gold reserve to make payments on loans .....
The ascendancy of regional satraps will ultimately take India down the drain and nothing else. Just now we were seeing the back of DMK and Karunanidhi from Delhi, but will have Samjawadi Party and Mulayam instead.
We also have Sharad Pawar's "National" Congress Party (NCP), wanting everything in agriculture from cotton to toor dhal, exported not worrying about the price hike for the people. When the prices sky rocket, then they can order imports and get commission both ways, just like in the case of onions.
