Its not about often; even once isn't a good thing, specially when you are dealing with only 3.2crore population, with vast resources as compared to over a 1000 crores of population in India..

Oh and additional gain of this outage is..Anna's movement gone in complete dark...media all talking about power outage...what a peace of mind..let the outage continue for few more days.
So after 3-4 days of outage, when the lootmar starts, who cares about Anna, whether he lives or dies..after street lootmar, desh lootmar continues..
Anna Hazare and Prashant Bushan instead of asking for Indian Lok Pal Service on the lines of Indian Civil Service, could demand that every 1 lac of the population be covered by solar power, wind power, health centre with modern CT scan and full medical care. If all the black money inside and outside the country can be unearthed and the corrupt brought to book, all these and much more can be accomplished easily.
